To provide a synthetic resin pallet to be inserted from two directions, capable of preventing a pallet body made of a synthetic resin, especially the face and the beam wall on a fork-inserting hole side from being broken, and simply replacing a cushioning member even if the cushioning member is broken, and having improved durability by making the pallet body made of the synthetic resin and the cushioning member attachable/detachable.

On the inner face on the side of the face on which the cushioning member 3 is mounted, a fork inserting part 35 inserted into the fork inserting hole 4 of the pallet body 2 made of the synthetic resin is provided, and a plurality of ribs for holding a definite distance from the pallet body 2 made of the synthetic resin when mounting, is provided. On the peripheral edge on the side of the face on which the cushioning member 3 is mounted, a fitting part 36 to be fitted to the pallet body 2 made of the synthetic resin is provided, and on the fork inserting hole side of the pallet body 2 made of the synthetic resin, a fitting part 26 to be fitted to the peripheral edge of the cushioning member 3 is provided.
