Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure of a pump, which can hold a stable discharge rate, by preventing the generation of a surface sink at a valve plate.SOLUTION: In the valve structure of the pump, there is arranged a valve member 30 having an intake valve 34 which is obtained by making the valve plate 32 openably abut on a valve seat 14 arranged at the bottom wall of a cylinder 11, a nozzle head 25 is attached to an operation member 20 erected from the inside of the cylinder, and liquid in a vessel is sucked up by the vertical movement of the operation member 20 and can be discharged from the nozzle head 25. An engagement cylindrical part 11 surrounding the valve seat 14 is engaged with the lower part of the peripheral wall of the cylinder 11, the valve plate 32 abutting on the valve seat 14 is connected to the engagement cylindrical part 31 via a connection 33, and the center of the valve plate 32 is formed at a thin-thickness part 38.
