PURPOSE: To achieve an accurate controlling of a system as a whole by a method wherein a device address of a device controller is altered forcibly and the transmission or reception of signals are interrupted between the device controller and a remote controller to transmit signals to or receive from a system controller.
CONSTITUTION: A system controller 4 stores device addresses of device controllers 11, 12 and 13 and remote controllers 21, 22 and 23 corresponding thereto and then, transmits a signal for demanding the altering of the device addresses to the individual controllers 11, 12 and 13 so that the device addresses of the device controllers 11, 12 and 13 are changed to the device addresses differing from the respective remote controllers 21, 22 and 23. Thus, direct transmission or reception of signals is not performed between the device controllers 11, 12 and 13 and the remote controllers 21, 22 and 23 and instead the transmission or reception is performed with the system controller 4 alone thereby enabling total control with the system controller 4.
