PURPOSE: To determine optimal loading order in a short period of time when a container is loaded in an aircraft, to carry out optimal loading in consideration of the gravity of the aircraft and of optimal place for a cargo that has just arrived.

CONSTITUTION: Necessary data on information such as the number of a container 6, flight number of an aircraft, and destination of the container 6, are taken in by a CRT terminal 3, while the total weight of the container 6 in which cargo is loaded, is measured by a weighing machine 8. Loading order satisfying a designated condition such as the gravity of the aircraft, the destination of the container 6, and the shape of the container 6, is calculated by a CPU 5 based on the total weight of the containers 6 and on the data taken in by the CPU 3, and the result is output to the outside, and the container 6 is loaded in the loading order.
