When the consumer prints out the reference information, the reference information and the guarantee code for consumption articles are printed out together. The consumer who has finished to see the reference information, mails the printed sheet to a company that guarantees the consumption articles. The employee of the company inputs the guarantee code for the consumption articles printed on the sheet to a confirmation server 2, and confirms whether the guarantee code for the consumption article is correct or not. If the code is correct, (new) papers as much as printed are sent to the consumer. Thus, consumers can print brochure or the like without paying the cost of the consumption articles.
