The system information analysis device 100 reads system information stored in a configuration ROM 220 of a network unit 200 via communication means 110, 210 by means of a read means 120. The system information has a hierarchical structure where files are divided by each prescribed unit. The system information is sequentially read from the file of the uppermost layer to the lower layers. A layer mobile number storage means 140 stores the number of moved layers denoting how many times reading of each file is started from the uppermost layer. A hierarchical structure display means 150 analyzes the hierarchical structure of the system information on the basis of the number of moved layers and indicates the system information as a hierarchical structural configuration.
