Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system kitchen that can improve ventilation by using a space between the system kitchen and the floor, and to provide a building structure.SOLUTION: A system kitchen 1 is installed on a floor 12 and fixed to a wall 13 in which windows 13a at floor level are provided. The system kitchen 1 includes: a body part 2 in which equipment such as a stove 2a and a sink 2b are provided; and a plurality of legs 3 which are installed at least on both ends of the body part 2 and which support the body part 2 at a prescribed height from the floor 12. Now, the lower section of the body part 2 is made an open space 4 which is open from the front side to the rear side, and the windows 13a at floor level are situated within the opening range in the front side and the rear side of the open space 4. Also, such a system kitchen 1 is installed in a room 11 of a building 10.
