A retreatment plant 10 can utilize information on the disposal object 4, inputted at the designated receiving place 1 via a 1st network 18, constructed including the designated receiving place 1 and the reprocessing plant 10. Simplification of work for inputting is realized by conducting work for inputting the information on the disposal object 4, only at the designated receiving place 1, and work efficiency and information accuracy can also be improved by eliminating the difference between inputs.
