Abstract:
PURPOSE: To graft an artificial organ using a catheter assembly with a number of capsules, by providing distal and proximal capsule assemblies to hold an upper plate touch face and a system on capsule assemblies of a balloon catheter and a capsule catheter.
CONSTITUTION: A balloon catheter assembly 51 of this grafting system in a lumen is coaxially placed in a capsule catheter assembly 52 and a capsule catheter assembly 52 is coaxially placed in a capsule jacket assembly 53. This system is constituted so that a proximal side capsule assembly 130, an opposite side capsule assembly, and a distal capsule assembly 90 are used for storing a bifurcated graft 55, a control wire assembly 54 is coaxially placed in the lumen of the balloon catheter assembly 51, and a distal capsule assembly 90 is moved against other system constituting parts. A same side lock wire 85 is placed in parallel with a balloon catheter axis 61 and a lock ring is formed on the distal end part.
