Abstract:
To provide a vehicle speed estimation system for checking if a vehicle speed is correctly estimated.
This system is provided with a means for estimating speed of a car (1) to determine the 1st parameter based on a rotational speed of the 1st set wheels (5) in the car such as drive wheel, etc., and a (vestimate) means for estimating a speed of a car by using the above 1st parameter. Additionally the system has a means for determining the 2nd parameter based on a rotational speed of the 2nd set wheels (4) in the car, and a means for identifying the difference between the 1st and 2nd parameters, if any.
