To provide a system and a method for generating a program with an execution condition and the program with an execution condition for preventing unauthorized use of a program without requiring any special hardware and the like.
Based on information acquired by a system, an execution condition of a program is decided, and the program, to which an execution condition determination function for determining whether the execution condition is satisfied or not is attached, is generated dynamically.
