This system is provided with a server 2 for managing the versions of softwares on plural terminals 1n (n=1, 2...N) in a terminal group 1 and a managing server 3 for managing the faults of softwares on the terminals 1n while being connected through a communication line 4 to the server 2 and by obtaining fault measure information for dealing with the faults generated on the terminals 1n and/or a replacement file required for the fault measures by retrieving a fault information recording data base 31 of the managing server 3, the terminal softwares are suitably managed. Besides, by automatically obtaining fault information corresponding to the faults generated on the terminals in and updating the fault information data base 31 from a server console 36 based on that obtained fault information, even the faults newly generated on the terminals 1n are exactly and speedily dealt with as well.
