This mobile packet communication system is provided with a storage means 33 storing information on a packet call set at present, a novel call deciding means 32 for deciding whether a packet call requested to set is a novel call or not based on the information stored in the storage means 33 when the setting request of the packet call transmitted from a mobile station is received, and an acceptance determining means 32 for determining whether or not setting of the packet call is to be accepted when the packet call is decided as a novel call.
