Abstract:

To produce an electric circuit accurately and conveniently.

In the system for producing an electric circuit by performing a work for a circuit substrate, e.g. a work for mounting an electric component, the circuit substrate 52 is secured by means of a substrate securing unit and then the image of a substrate ID mark 264 is picked up by means of a unit for picking up the image of a substrate position reference mark 262 put on the circuit substrate 52. Even if falling off or exchange of the circuit substrate takes place in a production line, the work for the circuit substrate can be carried out surely and since an extra unit for identifying the substrate ID is not required, a convenient production system can be realized. When the substrate ID mark 264 is put in the vicinity of the substrate position reference mark 262 and the images thereof are picked up while confining them in one visual field of the image pickup unit, an electric circuit can be produced quickly.
