To easily recover a normal communication state, even when an error is generated in the received data or the state of disabling communication occurs because of being out of frame synchronism by performing reception at a single frequency when control information cannot be received longer than fixed time.
For respective channels, a prescribed value is added to a frame number outputted from a frame number counter 512 and control is executed so as to perform read access to a hopping pattern register 518, corresponding to the added value at the timing of frequency switching. Then, time shifted frequency hopping is performed for each channel while using the single hopping pattern register 518. Therefore, when a reception terminal cannot receive control information longer than fixed time or the state of disabling communication occurs because of being out of frame synchronism more than the fixed number of frames, the receiving operation is performed at the single frequency while waiting, so that a high-reliability system is provided.
