A user terminal 1 transmits purchase order information which is the merchandise information of merchandise that the ordering person desires to purchase, settling person information and user identification information for a settling person to identify a user to a sales center terminal 2. The sales center terminal 2 receives the purchase order information, the settling person information and the user identification information transmitted by the user terminal 1, generates settlement request information and transmits it to an account settlement agency terminal 3. At the time of obtaining the settlement request information, the settlement agency terminal 3 requests the ordering person to confirm the settlement request information through the user terminal 1, and when the settlement request information is correct, generates merchandise delivery identification information, transmits it to the sales center terminal 2 and transmits the merchandise delivery identification information and ordering person information to a delivery center terminal 4. The delivery center terminal 4 specifies the delivery destination of delivering merchandise from the sales center on the basis of the merchandise delivery identification information and the ordering person information.
