Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw rice cracker-producing system capable of being automatized, and thereby capable of improving the productivity of the raw rice crackers and reducing the production cost of the rice crackers.
SOLUTION: This raw rice cracker-producing system is provided with a pallet-discharging device U for carrying out empty pallets P loaded on a carriage C, the first carrying device for carrying out the empty pallets discharged from the pallet-discharging device, a high speed carrying device for carrying the pallets having raw rice crackers G loaded thereon from the first carrying device to a pallet-piling device at a high speed, a pallet-piling device S for piling up the raw rice cracker-having pallets on a carriage, and a carriage- carrying device for delivering the carriage placed in the pallet-piling device and having raw rice cracker-having pallets piled up thereon from the pallet- piling device.
