To provide a system and a program for managing facility with which reliability or retrieval property in the information of facilities related to power generation is improved and the facilities can be efficiently managed by unitarily managing the information of the facilities.

This system accepts a book list file recording the list of books describing the facilities related to power generation, an equipment list file recording the list of equipment installed in the facilities, an equipment specification data file recording the specifications of each equipment, a data file recording the contents of the books, an index file recording the relation of correspondence between the data file and the books and a described equipment list file recording the list of equipment described in each of books, these files are stored on a database and these data are suitably retrieved.
