PURPOSE: In a device wherein both a fine spinning frame and a winder are set, to clean both the fine spinning frame and the winder by one cleaner, by providing a common guide so that the cleaner is circulated through both of them and reciprocated.

CONSTITUTION: In a device wherein both the fine spinning frame 1 and the winder 2 are set, and the paths 4, 5, and 7 for transporting the cops 3 and the paths 9, 10, and 11 for empty bobbins are set between them, the common guide rail 14 extending from the zone of the fine spinning frame 1 to that of the winder 2 and the space between them is laid so that the cleaner 15 is circulated through both the zones and reciprocated. The cleaner 15 is provided with a blower, the blower ducts 17a and 17b for the fine spinning device and the blower ducts 18a and 18b for the winder, they are properly changed and used.
