This system has an information acquiring means for a market member for acquiring real time information for the security market member continuously from a security market server via a communication line, an information processing means for processing the acquired information for the member into information for provision to the customer in a real time, an information recording means for recording the acquired information for the member and the processed information for the provision to the customer into a database in real time, an information transmission display means for transmitting the information for the provision to the customer in real time to a customer terminal to be displayed on a screen constituted of a different language different from that of the information for the market member, and an electronic securities transaction means for conducting electronic commerce for securities based on an input content from the customer terminal via the security market server and the communication line.
