PURPOSE: To reduce a load on a system by collecting a detected event such as the start and the completion of a job, etc., in unit of user ID, and displaying the latest state information updated on the screen of a corresponding user ID setting the change of the state information as a turning point.

CONSTITUTION: A user managing part 2 judges to which user the latest state information should be informed, etc. An even monitoring part 1 detects the event (the start and the completion of the job, etc.) generated conforming to the user ID corresponding to the fact that a user applies a job in a system, etc., and a system information collection part 3 collects the detected event in unit of user ID. Setting the change of the event as the turning point, the latest state information in unit of user ID is displayed on the screen of the corresponding user ID. Thereby, it is possible to display the latest state information on the screen of the corresponding user ID setting the change of the event as the turning point, and also, to reduce the load on the system.
