Title:
T-SHAPED MOLECULAR STRUCTURE-LIKE LEGO-TYPE FRAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016033321
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared-type frame construction technology that effectively uses lumber, steel, concrete and other materials fit for a construction site, for making a foundation structure of a building that may be manufactured and assembled, allowing familiar, high-quality and diverse design, finishing, and equipment to be chosen, and is applicable to a construction machine and robot usage also.SOLUTION: A long side of a column cross-section is aligned with a beam direction at a central part of the beam that is combined with a column for forming a T-shaped frame. A PC steel bar internally fitting on both sides of a short side of a column head penetrates through the beam and constitutes a soft and rigid joint by pressing the column and the beam against each other. The PC steel bar that perpendicularly extends and connects with a column base on an upper floor enables the press-joint between the column base or column head and the beam to be shared. A common protruded joint is provided beforehand on both ends of the beams of the frame for connecting edges of the beams planarly, linearly, orthogonally or at diverse angles. The plurality of protruded joints on the ends of the beams are connected with a pair of detachable connecting components that are engaged from above and below, or a unit structural space is surrounded via a specific beam. Thus, the T-shaped frame is piled vertically for increasing the number of floors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
