To provide a table for bed which can be fully used as a bookrest while having a function of storage box and various other functions.

This table for bed includes a storage box 13 under a tiltable table board 11. When it is used as a table for a meal or others to put on, a cover 19 and a tilt board 20 are closed down so that the table board 11 can become horizontal. A small box 17 and a large box 18 can be used as storage boxes, and a mirror 25 can be made upright for use after a slide board 24 is pulled out. When it is used as a bookrest, the tilt board 20 is pulled upward and fixed at a certain angle with a hinge 20A. A book 27 can be securely stored on a horizontal holder board 22 against the tilt board 20, with or without the use of a band 26. On the table 10, a flat-screen TV set or a word processor can be placed as well.
