PURPOSE: To provide a table cover mounted on the surface of a table liable to be damaged such as a lacquered table for protection by laminating a film made of a fluororesin on the face of a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet with an adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: A film made of a fluororesin 3 is laminated on one face or both faces of a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet 1 with an adhesive 2. An ethylene tetrafluoride copolymer is preferably used for the fluororesin 3. A resin mainly made of a thermoplastic resin can be used for the adhesive 2, and any adhesive mainly made of a polyester resin or a polyvinyl chloride resin may be used. A thermosetting resin such as an epoxy resin or a urethane resin is used as required. When the fluororesin film 3 is brought into contact with the surface of a table, the surface of the table is protected. The plasticizer combined in the polyvinyl chloride resin sheet l is prevented from being shifted into contact with the surface of the table by the fluororesin film 3, and no coating is infringed.
