PURPOSE: To prevent blinding of a filter provided in a watercourse through which washing water of the tableware washing machine circulates, and also, to execute rinsing by clean water which does not pass through the filter as for final rinsing.
CONSTITUTION: In a drain reservoir 8 in the lower part of a washing tank 4, a garbage separating filter 11 and a garbage receiving filter 10 are provided. At the beginning of washing for tableware, etc., 21, city water supplied from a feed water nozzle is received by a water receiving tube 32, injected from the upper injection nozzle 23 and garbage fitted to the tableware, etc., 21 is removed, and thereafter, water in the drain reservoir 8 is allowed to circulate by a washing pump 16, injected from the upper and the lower injection nozzles 23, 17 and washing is executed. Thereafter, by circulating water, first rinsing and heat rinsing are executed, and thereafter, finish rinsing is executed by water from the feed water nozzle.
