PURPOSE: To provide a tableware washing machine which can always execute sanitary washing by fresh water, and can shorten the time of washing and drying.
CONSTITUTION: City water supplied from a water supply tube 25 is pressurized up to a prescribed pressure by a pressure pump 29 and supplied to a jet water nozzle tube 33, and ejected into a washing space 21a from a jet water nozzle 34. A user holds tableware with a hand and inserts it between the nozzle tubes 33. A high speed water flow ejected from the nozzle 34 comes into collision with the tableware, strips off dirt stuck to the tableware and washes it. On the other hand, an air flow from an air blower 40 passes through an air nozzle tube 37, is discharged from an air nozzle 38, and blows off water-drops stuck to the tableware to dry the tableware.
