PURPOSE: To improve article value for a party by forming various tableware with light transmittable plastics and fluorescent dyestuff, making an incident light from the periphery absorbed and converting it to fluorescence, allowing the fluorescence to be subjected to total reflection in the tableware, and allowing it to emit from the edge part of the tableware.

CONSTITUTION: Such tableware as a fork 1, a spoon 2 and other knife and tray, is formed by mixing fluorescent dyestuff into light transmittable plastics. A direct light or a dispersed light which is made incident from an outside is converted to fluorescence in the tableware. It is subjected to total reflection in the inside of the tableware and propagated to the edge parts of the tableware, for instance, edge part 103 and 203 of the gripping part 101 of the fork 1 and the gripping part 201 of the spoon 2, or the edge part 103 of the tip 102 of the fork 1, and the edge part 203 of a cup part 202 of the spoon 2, and allowed to be subjected as fluorescence from the edge part. Thus, excellent tableware, etc., for a party are manufactured.
