To provide a tacky adhesive sheet which is used for printing by an electrophotographic method or an ink-jet method and suppresses curl after printing while preventing a tacky adhesive from protruding in a printer particularly in an electrophotographic method in which the sheet is heated by contact with a hot roll and receives pressure between paper transport rolls.

The tacky adhesive sheet comprises a substrate, a tacky adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate, and a release sheet detachably stacked on the tacky adhesive layer, wherein the tacky adhesive layer contains a tacky adhesive and polyethylene resin.
