PURPOSE: To obtain a tacky agent composition suitable for bonding an optical film, glass, etc., excellent in stability of adhesiveness with time at high temperature (humidity), adhesiveness on curved surface, etc., free from reduction in optical characteristics, by blending a specific acrylic resin with a curing agent, a silicon compound and an epoxy compound.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by blending (A) an acrylic resin with (B) a curing agent such as an isocyanate-based compound, (C) a compound of formula I [R1, R2 and R3 are each an alkyl(siloxy), an alkoxyl, etc., but all of R1 to R3 are not alkyls at the same time; R4 and R5 are each H, an alkyl or phenyl; X is a group of the formula (CH2)n ((n) is 0 to 10) or the formula (CH2In-NH-(CH2)m ((m) is (n)] or a compound of formula II and (D) an epoxy compound containing two or more epoxy groups. The amounts of the components B, C and D are respectively 0.01-10 pts.wt., 0.0001-10 pts.wt. and 0.0001-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
