This tape cutter device is constituted in such a way that a cutter holder can move by pulling out the adhesive tape, the cutter holder is formed to open from a fixed supporting device, the cutter holder is formed to move in the direction of fixed supporting device by cutting the adhesive tape by a cutting edge, and the tip part of the adhesive tape is formed to become the non-adhesive face in a cutter main body formed to cut the provided wound adhesive tape by arbitrary length.
