To solve the problems that there is inconvenience when pulling out and sticking since a conventional pressure sensitive adhesive tape cutter cannot pull out the tip of a tape in a succeeding use, and inconvenient for carrying since a case becomes long and large due to a structure for insetting fingers between a tape body and the cutter.

A takeout piece is formed between a rotary roller 4 and the cutter 2 when cutting the tape. The side half of the takeout piece is adhered to a fixing plate 5, and a length shape is stabilized. When releasing a push button 3, the cutter returns to an original position by the reaction of a plate spring. A vessel of a pressure sensitive adhesive tape and a cutting device are provided for easily pulling out via the rotary roller 4 by separating a pressure sensitive adhesive part adhering to the fixing plate by pulling the takeout piece slightly upward when used again.
