PURPOSE: To perform easily and surely the operation of a radar simulator for many targets, by providing an analog operating device, a digital operating device, a display device where operation results of these devices are displayed, etc.

CONSTITUTION: When a target is designated by a target selecting device 20, various elements of the designated target, which are stored in an operation processing device 2, and corresponding set values of operating devices are displayed on a display device 23. When digital and analog operating devices 21 and 22 are operated to set values such as selection of a beacon, a code, etc., which are changed digitally, and set values such as a speed, an altitude, a direction, etc., which are changed analogically, respectively, a required simulation is performed through the device 2 while monitoring changes of set values on the device 23, and results are displayed on a radar display device 3. By this constitution, the operation of a radar simulator is performed easily and surely for many targets.
