To provide a tea whisk that has the same usability of conventional bamboo whisks, that can extend the life span without causing any wear, deformation, or collapse at the ear tips, and that does not cause any incongruous feeling in the appearance when compared with other tea ceremony equipment.
The tea whisk 10 is composed of a tubular stem 1 and a core 2 that has a pistil shaped foam suppressor 12 installed on the tubular stem and a crown cap 3 that has ear tips 31 of which at least the end parts are formed of a hard material of a certain degree that does not damage the inner surface of a tea set when whipping tea. Various ceramic materials or metal materials can be used as the hard material and can be installed on the bamboo ear tips, particularly to the intensely exhausting part, but in terms of production it is desirable that the whole crown cap including the ear tips is made of a metal.
