Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely obtain a measuring point with high efficiency regardless of the curvature of a peculiar line set on a processing line, by performing the copying measurement of said peculiar line with weaving by a sensor head based on the curvature, the pitch and the weaving width of the peculiar line. CONSTITUTION:A peculiar line is provided on a processing line of a work and an optical sensor head 20 is attached at an arm tip part 10a of a processing machine main body 10. A copying measurement arithmetic part 40 gives the copying weaving point based on the coordinates of an intersecting point between an optical spot and the peculiar line. At the same time, a CPU of the part 40 calculates the pitch and the weaving width in response to the curvature of the peculiar line. If the calculated pitch is set out of a prescribed range, the pitch is set at its upper or lower limit value so that the pitch is limited within a prescribed range. Based on this pitch, the weaving width is calculated. Thus it is possible to surely obtain a measuring point with high efficiency regardless of the curvature of the peculiar line.
