PURPOSE: To improve the sterilization effect for a chopping board by installing a control means for raising the temperature in a small article drying chamber after the lapse of a prescribed time from the set start of operation.
CONSTITUTION: When an operating lever 23 is operated to a 'smail article' side, a portion of the warm air of a warm air feeding means is supplied to the rear part of a small article drying chamber 17 from a feeding port 20 through a feeding passage 15, since a damper 22 opens the feeding port 20, and the inside of the small article drying chamber 17 is kept at about 40°C, and after a chopping board A in the small article drying chamber is dried, air is discharged into a tableware drying chamber 32 from an exhaust hole 21 in the front part of the small article drying chamber 17, and dries the tableware in the tableware drying chamber 32, together with the warm air supplied from a blow-out port 16. After the lapse of 25 min. from the start of operation, the heat radiation quantity of a heater 13 is switched to 'large', and the temperature of the warm air supplied into the small article drying chamber 17 is raised, and the inside of the small article drying chamber 17 is kept at about 60°C, and the chopping board A accommodated in the small article drying chamber 17 is put into high temperature sterilization.
