To provide a telephone conference system which can transmit only voices collected with a microphone connected to a given terminal device of terminal devices installed in a plurality of locations to another terminal device.
The telephone conference system 1 has a plurality of terminal devices 11-14 connected to a communication network 2, and a server 3. The server 3 has first and second voice signal synthesizers 31, 32, and a control part 37 to deliver, to the terminal device, a first synthetic voice signal synthesized by inputting the voice signals received from a terminal device configured to transmit the voice signal to a different terminal device among a plurality of terminal devices into the first voice signal synthesizer 31, while delivering a voice signal synthesized by inputting the first synthetic voice signal into the second voice signal synthesizer 32 to a terminal device configured not to transmit the voice signals to the different terminal device.
