To provide telephone exchange connection system and its method capable of performing service for providing information such as voice and music instead of a RBT by utilizing time during which a subscriber calls and an exchange server connects the subscriber to a call termination side.

The telephone exchange connection system comprises a subscriber's information storage part 56 for storing subscriber's information including whether the subscriber requires information provision or not, a providing information storage part 48 for storing information to be provided to a subscriber requesting information provision, a ring-back tone generation means 46, a ring-back tone sending circuit 44 for sending the information of the circuit 46 and the storage part 48, and a control device 54. The control device 54 sends information (sound data) stored in the providing information storage part 48 to the subscriber requesting information provision instead of a ring-back tone on the basis of the calling side subscriber's information.
