Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a telephone number use determination terminal for determining whether or not a telephone number is being used based on a response signal that requests the transmission of a request signal different from a request signal transmitted first.SOLUTION: A telephone number use determination terminal detection device includes: a fallback determination unit 16 for determining whether an acquired signal is a fallback request signal or not and determining whether the acquired signal is a fallback or not; a statistic data storage unit 12 for storing the number of fallback request signals and the number of fallbacks for each origination side terminal; and a restriction determination unit 17 for reading the number of the fallback request signals and the number of the fallbacks, calculating the ratio of the number of the fallback request signals to the number of the fallbacks, and determining that the origination side terminal is the telephone number use determination terminal when the ratio is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold.
