PURPOSE: To provide a telephone unit which can improve operability further than conventional one, and can realize labor saving in a communication work.
CONSTITUTION: A main controller 5 is constituted so that a telephone number stored in a telephone destination information storage device 7 is read out and sent successively to a communication controller 2, a circuit is connected to a transmitting destination, and also, a message stored in advance is reproduced by a message storage/reproducing device 2, and this message can be sent to the transmitting destination. Also, this main controller 5 is constituted so that a response by the push-button operation of a telephone system of the transmitting destination is received, its result is written in the telephone destination information storage device 7, and the result of this response can be displayed on an LCD 9 can be printed in a printer 11 as desired.
