This is a telescopic rack which can be vertically accumulated at the time of using it as a rack and can be stored inside at the time of not using it (1) on an upper part of which a loading floor 1 exists and has pillars extending downward from its four corners (front pillars 2-1, 2-2, rear pillars 3-1, 3-2), (2) on which an inside interval W1-1 of the left and right front pillars is wider than an outside interval W2 of the left and right rear pillars and an inside interval W1-2 of left and right lower part vertical beams (4-1, 4-2) is equal to the inside interval W1-1 of the left and right front pillars, (3) on lower ends of the left and right front pillars of which there are engaging tools 8-1, 8-2 cross-sections of which are of a reverse U letter shape and a rear part lateral beam 5 to connect the left and right rear pillars to each other of which are connected to a back surface of the lower part vertical beams through spacers 9-1, 9-2 equal to height of the engaging tools on lower surfaces of both end parts.
