Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a solid pharmaceutical composition with improved solubility, in spite of containing poorly water soluble telmisartan, being able to be produced efficiently.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a telmisartan solid pharmaceutical composition with improved solubility which contains a solid dispersing element obtained by adsorbing and/or coating telmisartan used as a solution to an inorganic porous material. And formulations of telmisartan is produced conveniently by using the solid dispersing element concerned.
