Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a temperature control unit designed to treat a fabric with a high-temperature heat transfer medium such as steam for dyeing, etc., but treat it at relatively low temperatures for enzymatic treatment so as not to affect enzyme activity.
CONSTITUTION: In an air jet processing machine designed to conduct a circulating treatment of a fabric using an air jet circulating channel 10 for feeding air jet from a gas phase section 11 via a blower 12 and an air jet heat exchanger 13 to a processing fluid jet section 4 provided on the upstream end of a carrying channel 5 and a fluid spoutedly fed from the processing fluid jet section 4, a processing fluid heat exchanger 9 in a processing fluid circulating channel 7 and an air jet heat exchanger 13 in the air jet circulating channel 10 are equipped with heat transfer medium feed pipes 14 and 17 for feeding two kinds of heat transfer media to heat the processing fluid, respectively, and there are also equipped heat transfer medium changeover valves 15, 16, 18, 19 for temperature control of the processing fluid using one party, either steam as high-temperature heat transfer medium or hot water as relatively low temperature heat transfer medium to be circulatingly fed from a thermostat 20.
