CONSTITUTION: A paper feed signal P is inputted to an OR gate 15 through a one short multivibrator 14, and a temperature control signal Q is inputted to the gate 15 also, and a heater wire 2 is operated through an amplifier 16 and a conductor 17 by the OR logic between both inputs. Since the one shot multivibrator 14 is set so as to be turned on for a prescribed time, for example, 3W5sec after the input of the form feed signal, power is supplied forcibly to the heater wire before a thermistor detects the temperature drop of the preheating plate after the start of form feed, and consequently, the temporary temperature drop of the form is compensated.
