A vehicular tempering and ventilating device 1 comprising an air inlet region 6 and an air outlet region 10 has a high-temperature air channel 40 and a low-temperature air channel 50 outside a casing 2, and the channel 40 has a high-temperature air inlet opening part 46 corresponding to a casing opening part 41 in a flow-in region thereof. A high-temperature air outlet opening part 48 is provided in a U-shaped leg part 43 of the high-temperature air channel 40, and the low-temperature air channel 50 is extended inside the casing 2, and an inlet opening part 51 of the low-temperature air channel 50 inside the air outlet region 10 over a temperature door 15 is arranged at an evaporator 8, and an outlet 52 of the channel 50 is provided under an instrument panel outlet 34.
