Abstract:
To enable the manufacture of a temperature sensor at a high automation ratio by improving the temperature sensor comprising a sensor element, the sensor element being formed of a ceramic substrate and a platinum thin film resistor arranged along the ceramic substrate, the platinum thin film resistor being electrically connected to at least two connecting wires.
At least two connecting wires 3 are electrically and mechanically connected to contact pins 5 in connecting areas 4 opposite to a sensor element 2, respectively. The diameter of the connecting wire 3 is set smaller than the diameter of the contact pin 5, and the connecting areas 4 are covered with a glass ball 6.
