Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6488128
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decreases the number of components, to simplify the circuit constitution, and to reduce the cost of the temperature sensor by using a ceramic dielectric interposed between the electrodes of a capacitor even as the substrate of a CR oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 1st resistance body 2 of the CR oscillation circuit, the electrode 4 of the capacitor 2, and a 1st conductive pattern 5 are formed on one surface 1a of the ceramic dielectric 1. They are covered with an insulating layer 6 and the 2nd resistance body 7 of the CR oscillation circuit and a conductive pattern 8 are formed. A capacitor 2 and the other electrode 14 are formed on the other surface 1b of the dielectric 1 and then the CR oscillation circuit is formed on the dielectric 1. In this state, when the temperature varies, electrostatic capacity varies to cause variation in the frequency of an output signal, thereby performing temperature detection. Consequently, the constitution is simplified, the number of components is decreased, and the cost of the sensor is reduced.
