Abstract:
To provide a temperature time integration indicator for determining deterioration state of a food product such as a perishable food or a box lunch in which quality deteriorates due to proliferation of microorganisms or the like or a product material which is sensitive to temperature, using a material harmless to food without a risk of contamination, and allowing easy visual recognition by a continuous display from the start of measurement.SOLUTION: Contacting a non-volatile or low volatile liquid with an adsorbent causes the adsorbent to start diffusing. A temperature time integration indicator features a continuous visual indication of quality deterioration of food and beverage caused by microorganisms or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
