Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate tension adjustment in assembling by previously tensioning a tensioning device with force corresponding to the operating condition before a drive belt is assembled, marking the position, and tensioning the belt to the mark position after the drive belt is assembled.

CONSTITUTION: A tensioning device 3 is oscillated on an oscillating bearing 6 so that a tensioning roller 7 is pressed to a drive belt 2 with the force of a spring. The oscillating bearing 6 is stored in a housing pot 9 moved with an oscillating arm, and the housing pot 9 is closed by a fixing cover 10. When the tensioning device 3 is tensed by the force corresponding to the tensioning during the operation by an auxiliary device, the housing pot 9 is rotated to the cover 10. A mark 11 is put on the position striding over both of the housing pot 9 and the cover 10. After the drive belt 2 is assembled, when a generator 1 is oscillated about the oscillating bearing 4 to tension the drive belt 2, the tensioning roller 7 is oscillated in the direction of an arrow. At this time, tensioning adjustment is performed until the mark position agrees.
