The tent device B of a double structure is constituted by arranging an outer wall member 2 outside an inner wall member 1 forming the living space A to have a space 3 between the inner wall member 1 and the outer wall member 2, and an air conditioner C for cooling the living space A is arranged on the tent device B. The air conditioner C includes an outdoor unit 4 including a compressor 6, an outdoor heat exchanger 7 and an outdoor blower 8; and an indoor unit 5 including an indoor blower 9, an indoor air flow passage 10, and an indoor heat exchanger 11, the indoor unit 5 sucking air within the living space A, changing it to cold air and blowing the cold air into the living space A. An opening 12 is provided in an upper part of the outer wall member 2 of the tent device B to connect the space 3 to the external air, and a suction port 13 of the outdoor machine 4 is opened into the space 3. The outdoor blower 8 supplies the air passed via the space 3 to the outdoor heat exchanger 7 through the opening 12 provided in the outer wall member 2.
