[Abstract] A terminal-connecting component (10) is provided with a first terminal (12), a second terminal (50) connected to the first terminal (12), a housing (20, 40) that is made from an insulating resin and contains the first terminal (12) and the second terminal (50), and a shutter (60). An implement hole (22, 46) through which an implement (64) that operates a connecting member (30) that connects the first terminal (12) and the second terminal (50) to each other is passed is formed in the housing (20, 40). The shutter (60) is held by the housing (20, 40) and closes the implement hole (22, 46).
